Hotel reservations received after July 17, 2026 will be subject to availability. To avoid duplication, roommates should only be listed with the primary person that is booking the reservation.

There will be a $25 registration fee due upon check-in for the workshop. Cash or check are the only form of payment accepted.

Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel, 31 West Ohio Street, Indianapolis, IN. Check-in 4:00 pm; Check-out 11:00am. Late departure fee is $75 and early departure fee is $75. The hotel cost DOES NOT include taxes. Please do not contact the hotel to make your own reservations.

The Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel, in Indianapolis at Meridian and Ohio Streets, has been designated as the only official workshop hotel. Sheraton’s parking garage is CLOSED for renovations. The Sheraton is offering valet services at $25 per day and will be available 24/7 with in/out access.

YOU WILL NEED TO PRESENT YOUR CREDIT CARD UPON CHECK-IN.

CONFIRMATION NUMBERS WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOUR DEPARTMENT HEADQUARTERS.

To cancel reservation, please contact Denise Lhamon (dlhamon@legion.org) at National Headquarters within 24 hours of your arrival date. Failure to do so will result in the registering party being charged for the non-cancelled room(s).
