Subscribers to The American Legion Online Update will receive emails every Monday and Thursday, packed with timely stories, video links, and more information about Legion programs, initiatives and activities. The Monday Briefing Online Update is highlighted by the top five stories from the weekend. Please note: We use the same email list for both newsletters so if you unsubscribe from one of them, you won't receive any.
Commander's Message
The national commander of The American Legion communicates via an email message on an as-needed basis to highlight an urgent priority. These may include updates about the Legion's congressional priorities, reaction to a developing news story or other matters. Generally these are sent out once or twice a month.

The Dugout keeps American Legion Baseball coaches informed on registration information, the tournament guide, previous star players, news stories, events, updates and more.
Legion Riders
The American Legion Riders Update E-newsletter provides information on the American Legion Legacy Run, including how to register, the route and anything else participants will need to know. The e-newsletter will share information on ALR program updates or changes, as well as links to external media stories about what Legion Rider chapters are doing across the country.
Digital Dispatch
The Dispatch is e-mailed to subscribers monthly. The publication provides officers of the American Legion Family with a portfolio of resources and tools to inform, educate and engage. These tools cover topics such as membership recruitment and retention, program delivery and guidance for officers at every level.
